If you're transferring followers over to your new account, it can take some time for all of them to migrate over. In some cases it may take many days.

It may be that a follower's server hasn't handled the transfer request yet, but is working through a queue. You'll know this happened if you get a load of followers from the same server all transferred at once.

(Note that some followers may never transfer if their server is broken, or if your new server blocks their server, or vice versa.)
