I dabbled with a QTS.
I found the school I was at dishonest, the teaching mentor out of her depth, the facilities poor. Fortunately my wife is,a teaching mentor so had professional support and passed the PGCE modules before I was terminated.
It was a useful experience. Albeit a tad costly.
I loved being with the students, I found the culture of the teaching vocation not my cup of tea.
