Just a reminder, Hosta is an edible landscape plant. (PLEASE be sure it's Hosta and a variety that's edible!!)
Pick before leaves unfurl. The tender new shoots. Wash carefully, and then sauté for few minutes in butter and garlic, salt and pepper. Similar to asparagus---slightly peppery. Delicious.
