I just heard about #KirstieAlley and I'm...torn, to say the least.

I remember her far better from #StarTrek than Cheers. But she took such a hard right turn in her later years and that really left a sour taste in my mouth; I had an awful time trying to separate her from her works. I never could properly enjoy them ever again.

I honestly don't know how to feel right now.

While walking my dog yesterday in the late morning I noticed that the sun was casting some interesting #shadows of the #trees in the neighborhood out into the street. Thankfully the neighborhood doesn't get much traffic so I could stand in the middle of the road to make this image. The sun was at a low enough angle that the dog and I ended up in the image. It was too cold to figure out how to avoid that 😜.

For Day 2 of #ArtAdventCalendar, this is a sunrise over Capitol Hill, Seattle (taken from Queen Anne hill, overlooking Lake Union - Nov 2014).

The fact that I captured this incredible sunrise was pure, dumb luck, because I am NOT a morning person. I just happened to be heading home early after pet sitting, and my camera was in the back of my car. Saw this sunrise about to blossom and pulled the car over!
