I am offically stepping down as a Council member from the #UFoI in an attempt to choose a more impartial head until an election can be done. If anyone has issue with QOTO being in the UFoI please report it with any evidence and the new head will remove us from the UFoI, thanks.

He's standing up to a cabal of folks who want to turn the Fediverse into their ideological echo chamber, and will try to ban anyone that contradicts them as polarizing.

Its rather ironic, I am absolutely polarizing in the fedi. The irony is that in real life almost everyone I've met sees me as a mediator. Two people who are in the heat of an argument I can often get to calm down, talk it out and make up.
The very fact that is polarizing on the fedi speaks volumes I suppose.

Esactly my thoughts.. my intent was always to have no power and to be judged by the UFoI fairly and to ensure that any acusations against me have their due dilligance... that process can only be trusted and accepted if I have no control over it.
I am happy to continue development and contributing in a non-authoritative way.
