Doctor: We really need for you to get your heart rate and breathing normalized so we can start the scan.
Me: Let me explain to you exactly why I volunteered to be run through this giant metal donut for a half hour and perhaps you’ll see the problem at hand.

I met a neurosurgeon this afternoon who explained how he's going to reach up my nose and drill a hole in my skull. I didn't freak.
@EvilK You’re a stronger person than I then.
Although I did have a scope run up my nose/down my throat a few years ago and I’m still amazed how well I handled that experience so maybe I’ll surprise myself again at some point.
Best to you with your procedure though. Hope it’s uneventful and you recover quickly.
