I guess the answer is easy: we just wait until the election day and look at the figures then. I think it's fair to assume that by the election day, every party spent 100% of their real advert budget. So let's wait one more week and we'll get to the right figures.

Actually, that's still only the social media ad budget. Judging by the ads on the streets around here, the VVD probably spent a much larger portion of their whole budget on real-world ads.
