@StillIRise1963 It takes quite a bit of educational effort to become a pharmacist and now, very difficult for them to find employment that doesn't treat them like dirt. I gave up on CVS and now drive much further to the pharmacy associated with my "local" hospital. I don't know how to reach or impact CVS management but I think that is what we need to figure out. It isn't just them either, the whole system is dysfunctional in a profitable for them but not customer serving way.
@Gaythia Yep. I know the problem isn't just a CVS problem, it's industry wide because all major players treat their employees like shit. I had insane issues at Walgreen's pre switching pharmacies. This particular situation wasn't the fault of the pharmacists, it was the "managers," who suddenly ceased to be the real manager when my shit hit the fan. The lack of employees is unsustainable. They need to stop being so cheap before the chase off all their biz. Good idea. Going to check with hospital
