His freedom to 'accidentally' shoot you is a greater freedom than your right to not be shot.

According to the Courier-Journal he was arrested, charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. I’m not in any way, shape, or form condoning his actions etc. just following up with context. (And yes, whatever about whatever but permit-less concealed carry is an off the charts bad idea)
