A bit over two years since the injury, it’s finally time to get my shoulder fixed. I’m obviously a little bit nervous, but I have confidence in the surgeon and their team. Scheduled for 10 AM tomorrow morning.

Came through it fine, thanks to the talented, caring staff at Providence Hospital of Spokane. Thanks for your good wishes. 
Now I have 11 months to be ready for #IRONMAN.
