First they argued that a sitting president shouldn’t be indicted. (Unless it’s Joe Biden). Now they’re arguing that someone running for election also shouldn’t be prosecuted. (Unless it’s Hillary Clinton). And remind me, (not really) which party accuses the other of fostering a cult of personality?
