Measles case numbers continue to rise in SA: Limpopo (131+) Mpumalanga (69+) North West (80+) Gauteng (14+) Free State (11+). It is never too late to vaccinate. You can vaccinate your child against measles at any age over 6 months at a primary health care facility for free.

@arfness I have only learned recently, that in a outbreak situation even if your child has been vaccinated against measles and considered up to date that you can get a booster shot as long as you have not received any other vaccines in the past 4 weeks. So find out when your school will vaccinate or contact your local clinic or pharmacy for more info.
