@KT @talia_christine , I don't get it.... I just don't think that way, I suspect. Learning moment for me... But I still don't understand. My 1st thought jumps to violation of contracts, having people available on site 24/7. And not paying to have on call status... THAT I can wrap my head around. My great greats were coal miners, and lived in a company town.
