@Hyolobrika@berserker.town you are asking for a PhD thesis. I assume you understand what you are asking for, and which to have me fail to provide the level of detail you want, due to forum limitations (ad well as my lack of inclination to write such) in order to show my argument is a failure. But, upfront, I will categorically state this forum can not be used to satisfy every nuance of this question, and I won't attempt to do so.

You are free to misapply the burden of proof fallacy, which is where such discussions tend to lead, or you can accept reality, and figure out fair questions to ask, which I may or may not bother to answer.

@LouisIngenthron @Pat affirmative steps to damage would be to douse it with gasoline and light it on fire. Use of the equipment as intended by the company, manufacturers, etc is not attempts to damage.

If you are fired, what is your responsibility to a company beyond returning equipment? You have to work for free for the company for even a single second? Strikes are a similar situation. As soon as a strike is on, and the company knows these are coming, you have no moral responsibility for company equipment. The SCOTUS has now said that an employee, on strike, has a legal responsibility. The company can and should have prepared for care of their own equipment. That isn't an employee's responsibility.

Your nuclear power plant example fails because the employees, and employers, both have legal and moral obligations that extend far past company equipment.

@Hyolobrika@berserker.town , you are requesting a level of formal language which doesn't fit the forum. I feel fairly certain you understand the basic issue. If not, this isn't the correct place to learn.

@Hyolobrika@berserker.town , it does seem to be problematic, but every time I see another cop attacking someone without repercussions, or another congresscritter participating in insider trading... we have a graft problem. Maybe we don't want political Commissars like from the old soviet union, but we need SOMETHING.

@Hyolobrika@berserker.town Also, my wording is an attempt to get people to understand the meaning of our 2nd amendment. To make people understand that you don't have to be a police officer or national guard member to have a right to arms.

@Hyolobrika@berserker.town sort of... the idea is to require libraries to have all books, and stop the state from being able to limit access to any book. Currently the law is limited, and can only not deny you the right to read, but can limit access.

So the Supreme Court has ruled that if you strike, or your union strikes, you can be sued for any business costs or loss of business.

How long before you can't quit a job without being sued?? Or being forced to work without a contract??

@Hyolobrika@berserker.town @lowqualityfacts , no, I'm thinking anywhere. Although Tim Pool falling into lava might be especially entertaining...

@Radical_EgoCom@kolektiva.social , that guy should have picked better parents.

@futurebird , there is a trend on Reddit to try and make everything into a joke, which I actually approve of, since everyone seems to know in advance this is what will happen. I find that google image search is effective, but sometimes just doesn't work, so calls for 'google it' are unnecessarily aggressive and pointless. I think the issue with 'google it' is exacerbated by the people who just never google up the most obvious facts.., and demand others do research for them. There are some who seem to think they have a right to others researching for them... that others have a burden of proof to provide research. To those I say, "google it."

@robertelectricity I like those skinny little athletic butts, that can backpack 20 miles a day.

@StefanThinks

Holy "Exodus 23:19 Exodus 34:26, and Deuteronomy 14:21" Batman!!!

@freemo I look at the stars, a lot. I noticed it as soon as it happened. Incredibly frustrating. But, I'm 60... And still have vision better than many ever have. And, glasses help.
