Sometimes I think the MAP community is just another branch of the LGBTQ+ community. Not that MAPs are part of the LGBTQ+ community. But its members are somehow part of the community and usually belong to some of the acronyms.

@nate_river controversional opinion. I don't like the lgbt community. It started out as a civil rights movement (which is good), but over time it transformed into a cult. Also, the fact that a lot of members of the lgbt community try to act like lgbt owns or invented the "concept of [human] sexuality" just rubs me the wrong way. Cuz like human sexuality existed long before the lgbt movement did (and human sexuality will continue to exist long after the lgbt movement is gone)
