Q: Does a Jewish web designer have to make a pro-nazi website?

Elie, Replying to @Aliskov
Nazis are not a protected class... though I know a lot of people think that they should be.

I can already tell that a lot of the $8 dollar analysis here is going to proceed from total ignorance of protected class status and what that's supposed to mean in terms of who can be discriminated against.

Being an angry, grievance fueled incel, is not a protected class.

2/ Elie, cont’d.

Put another way: I can refuse to accommodate "Republicans" because "Republicans" are not a protected class. I can't, or couldn't before this opinion, refuse to serve LGBTQ people because they *are* a protected (quasi) class.

@GottaLaff I commented to my husband that I’m waiting for a direct strike on the disabled community next…

@kataklysm @GottaLaff as an autistic person, I wouldn't be surprised if the ADA gets struck down next (even though the ADA is useless, because it requires having the money and time--something most disabled people don't have--to go through lawsuits to actually enforce the ADA)

@JoshuaACasey @GottaLaff that wouldn’t surprise me in the least. This SCOTUS seems to be out simply to fuck everyone over.
