Pretty freeing day, I deleted, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram off my phone.
@inkeduprunner only part of the way there for me. Purged Twitter. Very close on Instagram. Too many of my old college friends on FB… but I have the privacy settings tightened down there a lot and I turned off all notifications. Doesn’t protect me from FB but at least it’s something.

@Juan_Kinda_Guy It’s definitely hard to let go of these service s was so much of our life is tied to them.
