I made a second account, old account: exported csv files (follows, blocks) and archive in export tab new account: linked the new account to the old one in account tab, imported csv files old account: clicked transfer in account tab - > followers were transferred, old account is closed
warning: my old toots and profile info are gone as far as I can tell. my media are preserved offline in the downloaded archive.
