Alright, #Coffee Fediverse, what’s your favorite bean? What style (origin, process, roast, etc) is it? What do you like about it?
I’ll start: Muddy Waters from Coastal Peaks, a local roaster here in San Luis Obispo, CA. It’s a medium-dark roast from South America. Unfortunately, they don’t talk about the process which mean it was probably washed. I don’t like acidic coffee; this still has a lot of flavor without biting.
