After #reading #theory, perhaps a #visit to a center and or #temple ... 
We practice #meditation! 
If you have ever tried and given up, you might need a different #technique or approach:
At the #moment a lot of my practice time after the #settling period is #mantra/#chanting. 
During the settling time I do a sort of seated '#Yoga Nidra' (#Yogic Sleep). I may then use techniques from #Shingon or other #esoteric schools. We future #Buddhas are an #eclectic #sangha of #misfits, #mystics, #worriers and #warriors ...
