Making more progress on the #procedural #GameDev #terrain. Softened up the lowlands, fixed LOD background loading, and added some properly-distributed trees.

@pistachios Purportedly, a western. But it'll probably never come to fruition (scoped way too big for a single developer), so it's really more of a tech demo to see how far I can push Godot.
