One feature that would both improve the Spotify user experience and also help address some valid complaints about the company would be to add a busking feature: With the push of a few buttons, it would simply send a dollar of mine to the artist.
I could see myself using it often enough that I’d have to set a budget.

@JKuznicki Except the problem is that Spotify works with the record companies, not the artists. So, how much of that dollar do you think would actually make it to them?
