@LouisIngenthron @JenLucPiquant Exactly – I’ve read more plausible “plans” in actual sci-fi novels. Just because someone with academic credentials sticks something on arXiv doesn’t mean it has any engineering or scientific credit. I’ve read it – it’s almost completely devoid of any substance. It’s just clickbait & Forbes has fallen for it.
