A holiday reminder that Cards Against Humanity, Apples to Apples, and similar aren't actually games, they're random number generators, and basically anything is a better use of your time.
@arossp Are you playing with tedious and dull people? Because that would do it.
These games are simply prompts. The fun comes from how we answer the prompt. Some people have the imagination and sense of humor and improv skill that requires. Others... don't.
@LouisIngenthron I've played both with lots of people, including incredibly smart and creative people, because they're unfortunately popular party games, and I've never not been bored out of my mind.
