@NatlSecCnslrs Wait. IANAL, so correct me if I'm wrong, but does that basically say that the court decided the legal standard for "reasonable" was subjective and punted it to the department the court was meant to be checking and balancing?
@LouisIngenthron Hence my headache. The court decided that it was reasonable as long as the agency thought it was reasonable.
