A little heads up:
Judge Chen has three more days on his schedule for the Tesla Securities trial in N.D. Cal.
Those days are Tues., Wed., and Fri. of this week. Thereafter, the jury will deliberate for as long as need be.
This trial is outside my jdx, so I've only been covering it tangentially, but if you'd like to dial in and listen to what will be mainly the defense and damages portion of the trial, you can do so here: https://cand-uscourts.zoomgov.com/j/1618304631?pwd=b2R4ZEVUTEFyZHRUWDA4bWQ2OW5IZz09
The trial days run 8:30am - 2:30pm PT.
I likely will not even dial in tomorrow. To be honest, I've had too much Elon for way too long, and I have real work to do, which could have a real impact on Elon, and which should take precedence over things that only tangentially shitpost in his general vicinity.
I offered to write up a full debrief of the trial, but the trial teams didn't take me up on the request to send me the real time transcripts, so if it's not important for them, it's not important to me. We all have our priorities.
lots of hashtags to appease the search gods because I'm sure I don't know how to use mastodon correctly yet

I am not going to lie, I dialed in this afternoon and hearing the defense counsel get overruled on their request for an expert jury instruction repeat is kind of satisfying. That is 100% my personal bias and not at all an objective report, but I am human and you all can deal with that.
@chancerydaily From context clues, I'm guessing "arrogant and aggressive"?
If so, I attribute that to the "Dr. House paradigm." Arrogance, while normally a negative attribute, becomes a positive attribute when it is met or exceeded by one's competence (i.e. delivers results).
Although, I've also noticed that only men seem to be afforded this social exception...
