Aftershocks of the Fox case and settlement:
-Does it make Fox and other media organizations more careful? Or prove that even the strongest case can be made to go away?
-Does it empower people to raise concerns within Fox or other organizations given the threat of further suits? Or just cause people to leave Fox and/or avoid raising such concerns in writing?

@brendannyhan Idk if paying 3/4 of a billion dollars is "made to go away". That's an admission of guilt on its own, and there were plenty of revelations from the case before it got settled.
