Have you ever asked for no onions and then just like... they didn't?
If you need me, I'll be in the shower crying as my olfactory system just catches itself on fire.
@mentallyalex I always ask for no onions, as I have an allergy to them. 90% of the time they just ignore the request.
It's painful & unpleasant but it makes me wonder about people with serious allergies to nuts etc & given this indifference how often they are ignored.
I now call onions The Devil's Fruit.

@sentient_water @mentallyalex Presumably because the FDA hasn't defined onions as a major allergy group.
The ones that are defined, like nuts, are taken much more seriously by restaurants (and health departments).
