I hate the guy as much as anyone else, but this just seems like his usual BS, not some kind of escalation.
@LouisIngenthron That's the problem...his "usual BS" had been normalized and should not be usual. He's complaining about DOJ and FBI and says "fight" - exactly what he did on Jan 6 and what he did after MAL raid where one of his crazies came to shoot up an FBI office. He's attacking the rule of law of a government institution and telling his supporters to fight. FFS
@BlueWaver22 Normalized or not, I don't think this gets anywhere close to the standard for criminal incitement. Democrats also commonly use the word "fight" to refer to electoral matches. Should they be arrested too?
