How strange, sounds like capitalism and monopoly to me. Why is she astonished or concerned? She is working for microsoft, the over all monopoly champion on the PC desktop market.

What is so frustrating about linux desktop in your opinion?
The fast start up?
The never ending support?
The free as in free beer?
The length of the TOS?
The fact that the hard ware doesn't get outdated because of oversized slow and bad code updates?
And on android, what is it that people find so frustrating?
People don't use linux on PC because it doesn't come preinstalled.
