There's nothing like money to incentive people to change behavior. People can deny climate change as much as they want but they can't deny that insurance is increasingly unaffordable or unavailable if you live in areas at high risk of floods or wildfires.

New kinds of insurance companies who try to use tech to better predict the risk of catastrophe are a temporary band aid. We will need more substantial action as more homes become uninsurable.
