@ojwh There was great value, originally, for many years. But as their product broke the marketplace, continued to grow more expensive, with add-ons I neither wanted nor used, yeah, the value they offered became negative.
Plus, most people don't realize how much they lost switching to Amazon. It's actually really nice to go somewhere and buy something from a physical store nearby and have it immediately while supporting a small business instead of building Bezos' empire.
