I'm kind of fascinated that the largest restaurant chain in the world can have a such a terribly slow website for years and just not seem to care. At all. It's often 4-10 *minutes* waiting on a click to complete, like adding a favorite to your cart. I've given up multiple times and gotten something else for lunch because taking 15+ minutes to add something to a cart and complete checkout is absolutely batshit insane.
How. Do. You. Not. Care?! Even if it's just about $$$, you're losing money. Someone please explain this to me.

@Nick_Craver What? I've boycotted places for less egregious offenses than that. Their food better be damn good if you keep coming back to try again after such an experience.
