@gulovsen I don't know about the law side, but from a technical side, you absolutely should not be sending/receiving sensitive information via email if you can help it. Even in the best of circumstances, it's not a secure method of communication.
This always comes down to a gender divide. Men like to collaboratively try to solve large problems. Women like to collaboratively empathize with whoever is bitching about large problems.
When we try to mix the two, both sides get pissed off. Men brush women off as "emotional" while women write men off as "reply guys".
At some point, we just have to stop getting pissed off at people who are trying to be helpful and recognize the good intentions.

@interfluidity Pretty sure that's a violation of the vendor agreement with most cards. You can report it to your card and they can threaten the vendor to knock it off or lose their ability to process cards.

I will never get over the fact that tech companies chose layoffs over embracing remote work as their primary cost cutting move.
There was even an opportunity to lower compensation by paying people less who lived outside the Bay Area but they chose RTO and layoffs instead.

The media framing of this whole thing is just wildly dishonest.

Neither the NY Times or the Washington Post reported Trump's statement that he would encourage Russia to attack NATO on the front page.
Both managed to find room for missives on Biden's age & memory.
And they're completely flummoxed as to why journalism is dying...

#Murfreesboro, #Tennessee "must pay $500,000 as part of a settlement with the [ACLU] and other groups over an ordinance designed to ban #drag performances from taking place on public property." The city had falsely claimed that a 2022 Pride parade resulted in "sexualization of kids," then denied subsequent permits to #LGBTQ parades and events.
Murfreesboro has agreed to pay $500K of its taxpayers' money, repeal the bigoted ordinance, and approve future parade permits.
Imagine if he was held to his own standard for "delinquency".

While in couples counseling, 39 yo lawyer not happy to learn wife is pregnant. Drugs her water; she has it on video and in trash he put at the curb. Tests confirm. Daughter born 10 weeks early; she weighed 3 pounds. She is developmentally disabled.
Mason Herring pleaded guilty.
Sentence? 180 days in jail (not prison). Basically OK to poison your wife to force a miscarriage.

@emilygorcenski If it's any consolation, most of those gimmick semi-auto 12-gauges are incredibly unreliable. Making it in the form of an AR-15 is like attaching flashy rims to a lemon.
