Good. Whatever they entail, "parental rights" don't extend to compelling teachers to violate a student's reasonable expectation of privacy. Sounds like an animation bug. Some rare combination of character creator traits makes a transition fail to find its animation which would cause the transition (i.e. shooting) to fail as well, if it's animation-driven. Probably other traits they could change on their character than the gender to fix it (i.e. maybe height/weight), but gender is enough of a major change to be a consistent fix.
Sounds like the kind of bug that would be difficult to identify, but easy to fix, so here's hoping they get it in the first patch.

This morning, when I flew over a lake at 8 in the morning, I saw a motorboat in a lake doing circles.
On my next pass over the lake, I took a closer look... it was pulling an innertube with a guy on it.
I know this is #Florida and all, but 8AM is still pretty early to get that drunk.
TIL that the song is "Evil Woman", not "Medieval Woman" like I thought my whole life.
This afternoon's task? Clouds!
It's far from perfect, but I'm pretty happy with the results so far.
