I am so sick of the "Narrator:" language pattern so common among people who overuse social media.
Your life doesn't have a narrator, and if it did, I'd hope they were better at their job than the crap you choose to put in their mouth.
These people think they're writing Arrested Development scripts, but it ends up coming off worse than knock-knock jokes.

So, Checkers/Rally's uses a robot to take my order, but uses a human to stand over a hot grill and cook it.
Is it just me, or is that exactly backwards?
To pass the test to get a pilot's license, you need to know the scientific names of each of the 23 different types of fog, and be able to write a dissertation on how and where and why each one forms.
When flying a plane under a VFR license, all you really need to know is that you should avoid fog.
Another one follows this format:
"Are you required to follow [X] directive?"
Wanna know what the correct answer is?
"Yes, unless [X] directive says otherwise."

An explanation of one of the answers on the practice test:
"This [...] is not charted and generally does not require action from the pilot."
Then why the fuck do I have to memorize it to get my license?!?

I was just about to say something similar... the other thing that prevents open communication is if you go to a thread and there is so much hateful spam that doesnt even attempt to be constructive or have a conversation that the thread becomes tedious to follow or interact on at all.... so people who want a conversation just avoid it and the problem gets worse.
The only way to have healthy open communication is if you have filtering on some level... obviously filtering can be abused too so you have to address both sides for the viewer.... this I like louis's solution, one that empowers everyone to see what they want.
I mean hell i shouldnt be **forced** to see something just because I need to have open communication... if i dont want open communication, as idiotic as that is, that is my right.. I should be able to see what i want to see, and filter what i dont.
The #FAA requires a 70% to pass #pilot licensing tests.
This appears to be, in large part, because the tests are absolute garbage. They are ambiguously-worded, they have questions about ratings you're not even trying to get, and the charts they provide have larger margins of error than the gap between answers.
If this test weren't so incompetently assembled, they could require 90% to pass and have more qualified pilots as a result.
I wonder how many other game developers are creating #unity projects called "AssetDownloader"
