Once again: It's not the specific cops; it's the system into which they are trained & the mentality into which they are groomed. These cops did exactly what cop culture told them was right to do. If it hadn't been on camera—& if they hadn't been Black—we might not even have known.

But, again, and especially if you're a Black or Brown cop out on these streets, I want you to notice how quiet the police union and the fraternal order of police is about these dudes that murdered #TyreNichols.

You are a prop to them, and if you step out of line— whether to prove something to yourself, or your "Brothers" or the person whose life you're endangering— you're the one they'll make an example of.
