My wife signed us up for a couples/marriage course at church that meets Wednesday nights for a month but my D&D group is going to meet in person rather than Zoom this Wednesday so my question is can I duck out of the marriage seminar an hour or so early to go play D&D or is that going to be a thing
@Popehat Well if you are taking advice from a church about your marrige you're already doomed, so might as well duck out and go play D&D and have some fun. That will at least help lower her expectations, which is a good thing!
(Seriously, taking advice from a church was one of the biggest contributing factors to me and my ex-wife getting divorced many years ago. If you need marriage counseling, go to a real professional marriage counselor and get good advice! Just sayin')
