When you are consciously aware of the realities of reincarnation, you look at the children of today and comprehend they may just be the seniors within your next incarnation.
What they go through in growing up, will end up being what you have to deal with if you incarnate again.

I ran out of the house and walked in the rain for 2 hours. Never attended again until years later… weddings, funerals, bar mitzvahs. Until she died, grandma wrote me letters before every Jewish holiday with detailed instructions, “Passover starts at sundown on Tuesday. Don’t forget.” I threw them in the trash. She never gave up hope I’d come back. After she died, Dad also stopped going to schul. He knew it was bullshit too.
