TIL about 'sun gazing', a form of meditation that involves staring at the sun to supposedly absorb its energy directly. How did we reach this point???

@MasterNinjaTS lol please link to where we can learn more 😂 I mean, I prefer meditating in the sun definitely. But eyes closed lol. And I’ve noticed that sunny areas (like NM) seem to have more art/creativity than places that are gray most of the time (Seattle).
