Finally got help from the tenant hotline & they wrote to the landlord saying that they can’t increase my rent & they can’t terminate my lease just to dramatically hike the rent. But the landlord still didn’t agree. So now the problem is, if I stay, the landlord will probably continue to try to get me to leave. So would you stay feeling stressed or move asap when hardly anything is available to rent?:(

@carlysagan Staying's not going to be pleasant with a pissed off landlord, especially one that didn't get their way. Better to find somewhere else with less chaos.
