Bought a giant eggnog today with a best before date of Dec 24th.
I guess I'll be chugging the end of it on Christmas Eve
@johnefrancis Those dates are just suggestions… If it doesn’t smell funny or look fuzzy, you’re good to go 😄
@johnefrancis I once had a colleague that ate kiwis with the peel, so that’s another possibility
@MichaelPorter "fuzzy looking" is definitely a red flag for most foods I can think of...maybe an angel hair pasta? Even a floofy meringue thing can't really do fuzzy.
