I am just now starting to pack my suitcase after a two week work trip, and I have made a terrible mistake. I only just barely managed to get everything into my suitcase back when I originally packed, and I was like, eh, future me can solve that problem. 🤷♀️

I remember intentionally not "expanding" my suitcase when leaving home, to allow *some* space for souvenirs.
Though I do recall a trip where I claimed my sister's unused 2nd free checked bag to bring more stuff home. (packed an extra empty duffel bag in my suitcase when I learned she was only bringing 1 checked bag...)
@Mousebumples it worked out fine, except United unloaded it from my plan at a stop when they shouldn’t have, so I’m home but my bag is… likely in Oregon somewhere.
@Mousebumples all’s well that ends well. They got the bag dropped off in time for me to do a whole mess of laundry so I have something to wear when we head to WI this week
