My names in Nicolas, and as many you come from Twitter. I am #Biologist by training, and currently I am finishing a PhD in medicine, where I am studying how #DNAmethylation (#epigenetics) is associated with cardio metabolic phenotypes, such as insulin resistance and diabetes. I have also collaborated in other projects related to the genetics field in general. In my daily basis use #R, and want to learn #python and #machinelearning.
Aside for my academic interest, I am really interested in weird #movies in a wide spectrum of genres, I love both classic and mainstream #literature. I like #art in general, and enjoy going to museums.
