It is an intersubjective that lives in the noosphere. 50 cents is only worth 50 cents because we all agree it does - otherwise the value of the coin itself (as an object) is worthless.
To claim that “money rocks” is just assuming that money has value outside of being a medium of exchange which is just wrong. Is money useful? Sure, it can be. But capitalism and consumerism has turned money from a medium of exchange into a commodity.
You are not valuing money. You are valuing nothing, Chris.

Canadian singer Jully Black recently earned a blanket and ceremonial eagle feather from Canada’s Assembly of First Nations.
Jully was honored for changing the ‘O,Canada’ lyrics from “our home and Native land” to “our home on Native land” at the NBA’s All-Star game in February.
Being gifted a blanket and eagle feather is the greatest honor an Indigenous community can ever bestow — to a non-Native supporter and ally.
