But if you "suggest" I edit down what I write so that someone who squints can't find a way to willfully misinterpret something for the sole purpose of feeling attacked or offended, I'm probably going to decline. It's a futile, Sisyphean goal at best, and even trying is a quick way to suck every last bit of life out of my writing.

I can't say that turnips are the first thing that jump out at me while shopping, but I do like the way they taste. I mostly use them in the fall and winter when making a roast. I do think that, if you take time to look at the vegetable, it is really quite beautiful.
