A high school friend works for a globally known tech company in TX. Last year, he said he was leaving the company because he couldn't stand Texas anymore. The company offered him 100% remote work and even paid his moving costs.

I got raked over the coals — and personally insulted — by someone here when I posted an excerpt from Ben-Ghiat's commentary. This person accused Ben-Ghiat (and me) of reading what we want to see into Meadows' mugshot. As if we don't see who we see right there….
