Friendly reminder. None of these shots are sterilizing. You can get the #flu even if you've gotten the shot. You can get #COVID19 even if you've had yourself vaxxed. That's why #VaxPlus strats are the way to go, especially for respiratory illnesses. PS: NPIs aren't lockdowns. 😊

Institutionally: Invest in air hygiene

Gov and employers: Provide support for voluntary isolation and sick leave
