On October 23rd, 1983, a bombing of the Marine Corps barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, killed 307 US and French service personnel. It was a horrific loss that began the end of our involvement in that conflict. Russia loses twice that, or more, daily.

@ParkinJim It is indeed. They could reach a much higher number if they don't capitulate - Many units have no rations now. They exceeded their stockpile and ability to produce.
