It's just a joke. I saw this interview shortly after I joked about the virus being sentient, so I took her comments out of context to make a funny video.
I suppose it's a parody on COVID disinformation.
What happens when the virus mutates into a super-intelligent AI hive mind?
It may fool people into thinking that the vaccine is dangerous so it will have more hosts to invade.
